Below, in poster form, are three simple guidelines, "Sexual Harassment: What Not To Do." Print it out, copy it, hand it out to your people. Put it in your employee handbook. Enlarge it on your copier and post it around your workplace. It would even be good to have a meeting once a year in which you hand out these guidelines and discuss them.
