My workworld experience began with selling newspapers on the street...when I was all of eight years old. By the time I was 14, I had my own office (two orange crates in the basement) and was managing the other carriers. At 19, I supervised a crew of workers in a processing plant. A few years later I started a newspaper and job printing business...and dealt successfully with union organizers.

For the past 23 years I have headed Employers of America, publishing newsletters and numerous books and special reports...helping people like you achieve more of what you what from your business and with your employees.

I've drawn on my 45 years experience as an educator, writer, speaker and business executive to custom-make training and coaching that will help guide you, your managers and your supervisors to deal successfully with the workplace challenges you face.
