UPS
Next Day, 2nd Day and Third Day Select orders
must be received by 1:00p.m. CST to be shipped that
day. All other requests normally go out within one working
day.
International
Orders
We accept
International orders in deliverable areas. All payments must
be made by credit card or in US Dollars.
UPS Worldwide
Expedited delivery time is two to five days. Most shipments
to Mexico are delivered within three business days. Most
shipments to major destinations in Europe and Asia are delivered
within four to five business days.
UPS Worldwide
Express delivery is guaranteed by 10:30 a.m. the second
business day for shipments to major business centers.
UPS Standard
to Canada is
a low-cost ground delivery guaranteed to every address in
the 10 provinces. Most custom-cleared shipments are delivered
within three to seven days.
UPS Worldwide
Expedited to Canada customs-cleared shipments are delivered
within three to four business days to most destinations.
UPS Worldwide
Express to Canada customs-cleared shipments are delivered
next day to major metropolitan areas. Packages are typically
delivered by the end of the business day. UPS Worldwide Express
also offers optional Saturday delivery to major metropolitan
areas in Canada.
Charges
for customs clearance are not included. Brokerage charges,
duties and taxes will be your responsibility unless other
arrangements have been made.
An Extended
Area Surcharge of $20 (US) per shipment or $0.20 (US)
per pound, whichever is greater, applies to shipments to
specific international destinations. Visit www.ups.com or
call 800-782-7892 to determine if your area is classified
as an Extended Area.
Return Policy
We want you
to be happy with your purchase. If you receive your order and
decide you are not happy with it or it is not what you expected
simply return the product within 95 days of the date on the
receipt. You do not need to call for a return authorization
code. We will refund you the purchase price of the product
minus the shipping charges. We ask that you return products
by a traceable shipping means such as UPS, FedEx, or Registered
Mail. Please enclose the receipt or copy of the receipt.
Products
returned must be in resellable condition. Products must also
be received back within 95 days of the date on the receipt.
If the product fails to meet these requirements the product
will be shipped back to you and your money will not be refunded.
